What our customers have to say
We take pride in providing exceptional service and top-quality products to our customers. But don’t just take our word for it—here’s what some of our valued customers have to say about their experiences with us:
Elizabeth Morris
The attention and care I received was truly five star, and on top of that the chairs I bought are a perfect fit for a difficult spot. Jenny is an expert designer, Michelle’s customer service was amazing, and Todd’s delivery was perfect.
Tammy Williamson
Bought a Stylus couch a year ago and we are so impressed with the quality! Made in Vancouver and still looks brand new, even with a dog jumping on it. And of course Jenny, she is the best!
Sam MacIsaac
Jenny, Todd and the rest of the team at Design Therapy are so great! It is very clear to see that they are there to help you, not to sell to you. We have never felt any pressure to buy when we pop into the store. Their products and service has always been so great! Thanks to the Design Therapy team for being great humans both in and out of the store!
Bastian Weitzel
As a design professional I love working with Jenny and her team at Design Therapy. Not only do they carry and beautiful selection of furniture and decor items, they also are very knowledgable, meet deadlines as promised and provide exceptional customer service. I can highly recommend them!
